Our Services

Supportive Employment

Through supportive employment, we help individuals with disabilities find and maintain gainful employment in their community, while providing the guidance and support needed to succeed in the workplace.

Behavior Assistance

Professional support to help individuals develop positive behavioral strategies and thrive in their daily environments. Working closely with each individual, we identify challenges, build on strengths, and create a plan that supports growth in a way that is practical and sustainable.

Peer Support

Every individual's journey is their own, and sometimes the most powerful resource we can offer is connection. Through peer support, we connect individuals with others who have navigated similar experiences, people who can listen without judgment, offer perspective born from lived experience, and walk beside you in a way that only shared experience makes possible.

Pharmaceutical Counseling

Education and guidance from healthcare professionals to help patients understand their medications and manage their health effectively. We ensure individuals and their families have the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their care.

Supportive Living & Life Skills

Whether you are stepping into greater independence or simply need reliable support to maintain it, we are here. We provide a community-focused living environment with hands-on skill building in personal care, household management, health maintenance, and social interactions, so that life feels manageable, meaningful, and your own.

Child & Youth Support

Every child carries potential that simply needs the right conditions to grow. Through structured support, skill building, and consistent encouragement, we help children and youth develop the confidence to trust themselves and the tools to trust others. The goal is not just growth, it is wholeness. To help every young person step into a life that is fully their own. We are here to help them get there.

Respite

Short-term relief for primary caregivers, giving you the freedom to rest, recharge, or attend to whatever life requires, with the peace of mind of knowing your loved one is in caring and capable hands.

About Us

Unconditional Care was founded by three women who understood, firsthand, what it means to love someone who needs more. That personal experience became a calling, and that calling became a mission to serve families across Arkansas with the same dedication, compassion, and consistency they would want for their own.

We are a licensed CES Waiver provider offering a full spectrum of community-based services designed to meet individuals where they are and support them in becoming who they are meant to be. Every program we offer and every relationship we build is grounded in one belief: that quality care should never come with conditions.

Arkansas families deserve a provider they can count on. We are that provider.

  • Respond appropriately and calmly to emergencies or behavioral incidents in accordance with training and organizational protocols
